2. Design and Intellectual Property

2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Dhanadeepa Solutions against any legal action related to copyright or trademark infringement arising from the designs you provide.
3. Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Proofing and Approval

1. Digital Proofs: For custom projects, we may provide a digital proof for your review. It is your responsibility to check for errors in spelling, dimensions, and design layout.
2. Final Approval: Once a proof is approved or a file is submitted for "direct production," Dhanadeepa Solutions is not responsible for errors inherent in the original file or missed during the proofing stage.

4. Material Variance and Limitations

1. Natural Variations: Materials like wood and MDF may have natural variations in grain, color, and texture. Minor charred edges or "smoke marks" are a natural byproduct of the laser process and are not considered defects.
2. Material Suitability: While we provide guidance, the client is responsible for ensuring the chosen material is suitable for their intended end-use.

5. Payment and Pricing

10. Machine Maintenance and Production Delays

1. Technical Maintenance: Laser cutting and engraving require high-precision machinery. To ensure the highest quality, we perform regular maintenance. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Dhanadeepa Solutions is not liable for delays caused by unexpected machine failure, power outages, or essential maintenance.
2. Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to raw material shortages, shipping carrier strikes, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will communicate the revised timeline to the client as soon as possible.

Material Care: Products made from MDF are intended for indoor use. Dhanadeepa Solutions is not responsible for warping, swelling, or damage caused by exposure to moisture or extreme humidity after delivery.

🪵 For MDF & Wooden Items

1. Keep it Dry: MDF is highly sensitive to moisture. Never wash your items with water or store them in high-humidity areas (like bathrooms), as this can cause the material to swell or warp.
2. Cleaning: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust the surface. For stubborn spots, a very slightly damp cloth can be used, followed immediately by a dry wipe.
3. Sunlight Exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause wood or MDF to fade or become brittle. Display your items in shaded or indoor environments.

💎 For Acrylic & Engraved Surfaces

1. Avoid Scratches: Acrylic can scratch easily. Always use a clean, non-abrasive cloth.
2. No Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using window cleaners, alcohol-based sprays, or solvents (like acetone). These can cause "crazing" (tiny internal cracks) or clouding. Use a dedicated acrylic cleaner or mild soapy water.
