At Dhanadeepa Solutions, we specialize in precision laser cutting and engraving. Because our products range from delicate custom ornaments to bulk industrial parts, we take great care in how your items are packaged and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Lead Times
- Production Time: Since most of our items are custom-made, production typically takes 3–4 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.
- Bulk Orders: Large-scale commercial orders may require additional lead time. We will provide an estimated timeline during the quoting process.
- Operating Hours: We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or included in your custom quote.
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within India.
- Weight & Dimensions: Because materials like MDF and acrylic vary in weight, shipping costs are based on the total weight and dimensions of the final packaged product.
3. Packaging & Safety
We understand that laser-cut items (especially intricate designs in MDF or acrylic) can be fragile.
- All items are securely packed using protective materials to prevent snapping or scratching during transit.
- Large or heavy items may be shipped in reinforced crates or specialized flat-packs to ensure structural integrity.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Loss
Dhanadeepa Solutions is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the fault lies with the carrier. However, your satisfaction is our priority:
- If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or discussing a replacement.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend it.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- We currently ship to "Domestic Only" that is within India.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Dhanadeepa Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
